Will Parker
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Parker has over fourteen years of investing experience and over a decade in the energy industry. Prior to Tonka Energy Partners, Mr. Parker was the Vice President for Black Ridge Oil & Gas, a publicly traded Bakken non-operator where he oversaw the company’s assets and operations. While at Black Ridge, his duties entailed business development, EUR/financial modeling, evaluation and diligence of all A&D. Mr. Parker also raised a $140MM SPAC (OTCBB: BRAC) and successfully completed a merger to form Allied Esports Entertainment.

Meredith Turnquist
Chief Acquisition Officer
Mrs. Turnquist has over thirteen years of experience managing oil and gas properties; specializing in acquisitions and due diligence. She has been involved in hundreds of acquisitions with small companies and large drilling operators alike. She has her degree in Natural Resources from Oklahoma State University and got her industry start at SandRidge Energy in Oklahoma City. Prior to Tonka Energy Partners, Mrs. Turnquist was a Landman at Northern Oil & Gas (NYSE: NOG).
